Less than 350 metres separate you from a white sandy beach, turquoise waters and a host of aquatic activities.

The 3-star residence comprises T2 (2/4 people), T3 ground-floor or duplex (4/6 people), T4 (6 people) and T5 (8 people) mini-villas.

All the houses are air-conditioned, south-facing and offer beautiful views of the bay of Santa Giulia from their terraces, which face resolutely towards the sea.

The quality of the construction ensures remarkable comfort.

The villas are terraced in groups of 3 or 4, but the privacy of each is perfectly preserved. A gated 15 x 8 m heated swimming pool and two tennis courts are available free of charge.
The residence has a charging point for electric vehicles.

After passing through the electric gate and the caretaker's house at the entrance to the residence, the reception desk is open to tenants from April 5th to November 1st.
